Author Biography

Margret Grebowicz, Goucher College

Margret Grebowicz writes about feminist philosophy and postmodernism, translates poetry, and sings jazz in night clubs. She is the editor of SciFi in the Mind's Eye: Reading Science through Science Fiction and Gender after Lyotard, and co-author of the forthcoming Beyond the Cyborg: Adventures with Donna Haraway. Her work has appeared in journals such as Hypatia, Philosophy of Science, International Studies in Philosophy, Agni, Literary Imagination, Stand, and Field, among others. She is Associate Professor of Philosophy at Goucher College in Baltimore and a professional jazz vocalist in New York City, where she lives.
