Focus and Scope
Developmental Disabilities Bulletin publishes articles with application to the education, welfare, and understanding of persons with intellectual disability, learning disabilities, and multiple disabilities. Papers considered for publication include research reports, review, theoretical, or position papers that raise pertinent issues to further existing knowledge. In addition, unique program descriptions, case studies, book and electronic media reviews, reports on technical aids, and program or teaching suggestions are welcome for consideration. Special consideration is given to papers presenting new ideas and approaches to developmental and learning disabilities.

Publication Frequency
Developmental Disabilities Bulletin is typically published twice a year. When there are special topics issues, publication may be more frequent.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
