Focus and Scope

The Forum provides an opportunity for interdisciplinary debate and dialogue on constitutional issues in English or French. Articles are generally short and provide insightful commentary on current topics of Canadian and international constitutional importance from authors with constitutional expertise.The Centre for Constitutional Studies publishes the Forum online throughout the year.

The Forum is indexed in: Index to Canadian Legal Periodical LiteratureIndex to Canadian Legal Literature, Current Law Index, Academic Search Complete, CPI.Q, LegalTrac and HeinOnline.

Peer Review Process

The Forum does not operate as a peer reviewed journal.

 

Publication Frequency

The Centre for Constitutional Studies publishes the Forum on an ongoing basis throughout the year. Forum volumes are based on a calendar year and print copies can be made available for a cost, by contacting the editor.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
